Customer Service here is virtually non-existent. The queues here are usually so long, that I balk at joining them.

A shambles of a bank. One server, with a queue 30 deep. Been waiting 45 minutes in the queue. None of the staff have a clue whatâ??s happening. Server stood chatting with customer about nothing whilst queue gets bigger and bigger and customers get more and more frustrated. Hang your heads in Shame NatWest, because youâ??ve failed.

Pay £2 to £3.50+ to park toget a balance or cash or park on the new red parking lines for 30 seconds and get £70 fine or go to chesterton cash point and get mugged smart thinking head office will be moving my account a s a p.

The worst service I ever encountered. Honestly, forget about the service, this bank don't have any... Most staff don't have a clue what they doing and can't be bothered. It's ashamed, they used to be very good... Checking back, the last good review they got was 2 years ago. I always come to this bank to do my banking because it's closed to where I live. But the last few times had been a complete let-down! Now I'd rather travel a little further, pay for my parking and get the normal service everyone would expect from a bank. So far, other branches I visited haven't got any problems. This seems to be the only branch in (Hanley) Stoke-on-Trent that desperately needs help!
