Never previously had a problem but took a price of 20/1 on a football anytime scorer bet and when it came to paying out only paid out at 10/1. I was told I'd taken the price from the wrong machine in the shop but the same price was widely available at other bookmakers and it was never questioned when the bet was placed. Short-changed by £50 so I'll be monitoring any future bets placed
