“We visited today for the holiday pet Pals club with my two girls and nephew. Highly recommend visiting these clubs during holidays with your little one, lovely to meet some of the pets they have and learn more about them. Particularly great if you are thinking about buying one of the pets as great time to handle one and ask any questions about them. We booked online prior to visiting. We got to meet a Russian hamster and a guinea pig. They all got to stroke the hamster and asked lots of questions, and they all got to handle the guinea pig a couple of times each. The lady running the session was fantastic, very informative and answered all the questions we had. They also got to fill some toys with hay and then put these in the enclosures and feed them fresh cabbage leaves. They loved every minute of it. We will probably book again at festival park in the hope of handling a snake (my daughter is keen to buy on as a pet) and to find out more about owning one :) wonderful experience. Thank you x”

“Like other pah stores, but I find the staff here are so much nicer than others. I go to collect fruit flies for the mantis I have, as they also sell manti I can normally pick up a small container.”

“My go to for all my pet things. Dog food, cat food and litter. Rabbit food. Pet toys.The only snag here is that there's often a queue for the checkout, but it goes down quickly.”
