Terrible customer service off the older lady. I work in a post office myself for 19 years. I had a parcel delivered to my daughter in her name by parcel force. She had her bank card and catalogue bill and still not enough. Terrible customer service. 3 times she had to go.

Absolutely disgusting attitude from the post office staff member. Elderly lady who was very rude, abrupt and seemed like she didn't want to even acknowledge I was there. She wouldn't stamp my pre paid paper receipt as apparently its the same as having the receipt from the till. I did say that ebay ask for it to be stamped but I just got attitude back saying its exactly the same so we don't do it. I don't understand why someone can work in customer services and be so rude to customers.Sometimes just a smile and a little eye contact with your customers would be nice instead of being treated like an that.I would not recommend this post office at all as its not the first encounter with then acting this way. Very disappointed with their service.

Mile long que going out the door with only one cashier on. Miserable moaning customers behind moaning about people taking parcels back when where else are people meant to take them back too?? A horrible atmosphere also dirty and smelt awful of cannabis. Will not be returning that's for sure!!!

Totally hopeless. Expect long queues and slow service. Poorly stocked shop area, and most (but not all) staff are poorly trained.I prefer to travel 3 miles to a different branch of the P.O., rather than suffer the frustration of doing business here :-(

I?ve recently moved to the area and had a parcel to post to a relative overseas. When going to the post office a worker stated my parcel was too small to post. He then proceeded to ask me to open up my parcel despite it being sellotaped shut. Now, with an open parcel I have been made to purchase a ?Jiffy bag? Which was an expense I didn?t need as student who recently moved. Once the parcel is of a size he likes he proceeds to be rude to me and not answer one question I had about the weight of the parcel for a shipping label so when I put the wrong size due to not seeing it correctly he isn?t happy and makes it loud and clear through out the small shop. I left the post office feeling mortified as was treated rudely infront of other customers. I feel terrible for those who witnessed this and wouldn?t be surprised if they don?t use this post office again as I know I definitely won?t be.

If I could give 10 stars I would have done that to. I needed to exchange mine EU driving license to a UK driving licence. I first went to Hanley, I told them why I came and needed help and advice how to do it, the first thing they told me there was that they were not trained for it and only gave me the forms. I need to send official documents like mine passport and current licence, just put it in the mail box they told me. It felt not right so I came here, the person who helped me took his time, explaining me exactly what to do and helped me with the payment, postal order, and send the documents with special order, he first explained me that was the best and safest way to do it, I totally agree. And than he gave me a slip with tracking number and receipt of the postal order. He took his time and advice me how to do it and check if nothing was missing, I forgot to put the right postcode of the Dvla department he noticed it and wrote it for me, one of the things I missed. If you have imported things to do just come here, they will guide you the best way.
