Trading out of the pharmacy on Tean high street, helpful staff and welcoming.

Dropped parcel off at 0907hrs, with a prepaid 24 hour delivery label, 32hours later, customer asked where it was, upon asking at Tean PO, they informed me that parcels aren't collected every day, and it had just left them. Staff accepted a 24 HR parcel knowing it wouldn't go for another 32 hours, disgraceful, so now it'll be delivered in 4 days time, will not be using them again.
