A man named Will (I believe Assistant Manager), helped my elderly friend to resolve an issue with her tv recorder today which has been playing up for several days. He talked her thru various reset options which probably took about an hour of his time and was able very patient, polite and knowledgeable. Thank you to a great team for helping my friend. She was very very pleased and was glad to talk to someone she could trust in the future should the need arise. Great service would definitely recommend.

Just been in richer sounds Hanley. We were going to spend a lot of money in there but the Manager Jack had locked the door and was in the back. He did unlock the door to let us in eventually but he was on the phone and didn't even acknowledge us. After watching him walk up and down the store for 10 mins still on the phone I pointed at my watch and asked if he was going to be much longer at which point with attitude he said ""I'm on the phone" so we left tellingly him he had just lost a sale.So rude and ignorant, he could have at least asked the caller to hang on a second to apologise to us for the wait while he was on the call. Will never set foot in that place again. If I could leave less than one star I would.Update about this matter:I received a phone call from a company smoother this afternoon 16th August 3.30 p.m. .....BUT AT NO POINT...... did I agree that the manager of the store initially acknowledged us or told us he would be with us soon?? He did not speak to us until I said we were leaving and he said to myself and my 91 year old Father in law "I'm on the phone" with attitude. The fact I was offered a £50 gift voucher today has not altered my recollection of the event.Some people still have standards and £50 won't change mine.

We were also able to use the demo room to a great extent in order to properly decide, which we don?t think we would have been able to do anywhere else.
