New Checkin system terrible idea. No point doing click and collect when youve got to go and serve yourself again on the touchscreen. Mite as well go toolstation an at least get served by a human.

Manager is useless, no knowledge on product line nor other products that may help.It appears that screwfix are acquiring new stores faster than new good managers.

Bought screws and a new pair of boots, only problem is only 1 boot in box ? will have to go back to store tomorrow morning. Knew the box was too light!

Brilliant you don't have to wander about looking for what you are after, you just walk upto the counter and ask a member of staff they then check to see if its in stock and they go and get it for you, of course you can also look online order what you want then go and get it or have it delivered also there's the catalogue you can look through then you have the same choices fetch it or have it delivered any one of those can save you a lot of time and its not expensive either.

Use frequently staff are always polite. Sometimes they don't have everything stocked but a quick check online with click and collect will avoid disappointment.
