Absolutely brilliant service from Nick and Jess today. I?m a complete DIY novice and was struggling with a leaking sink, but they both gave me great advice on what I needed and were very patient considering my lack of knowledge. All on New Year?s Eve as well!

Bought a paint from another screwfix locally, bought it back to here after 2 hours as this is my local branch and the paint was faulty (opened by another customer) Daniel the cashier said it wasn?t his problem and to go back to the other screwfix even though clearly it says on the receipt can return to ANY screwfix. I told him this and he said ?not my problem?.

May I congratulate Screwfix Tunstall on their great young sales assistant Rhys. His attitude was spot on and he offered help carry a bulk order to my car for me. Best service I?ve ever had from any Screwfix branch!
