So I came up to Timpson at Tesco (Stoke) and asked if anything could be done. Liam took my bag and just in 10 mins all was fixed! Brilliant job, the bag looks like a new one. To my bigger surprise he didn't charged me anything because the case didn't require any additional details, etc., only his time.Thank you very much to Liam, he's a very talented specialist! Thanks to Timpson, if it's not for you, I wouldn't know where I could address with this problem in this country :)”
