took nearly two weeks to collect my new glasses, nobody informed me to collect untill I showed up in store to check if it is ready, and feel disappointed after trying my new glasses, feel blurry and headache, costed me £418 for it ,and nearly have no much differences from my older ones, going to return it back

I was buying eye glasses first time and was advised by the lady for two differrnt frames. One turned out to be big and one is extra small and they dont fit and now cause pain on my nose and also cause headache. Just dont listen to them and do your research before buying. I will for sure avoid spec saver in future.UPDATE:Big thanks to store manager and supervisor to sort out the issue. Got one frame replaced and one adjusted. Happy customer now.

Absolutely terrible service. My mum saw the optician mid-june and was told that she needed glasses and also a referral to an eye clinic for what looked like a scar on one of her eyes.She paid £129 for the glasses and has struggled with headaches ever since.She was referred to the wrong eye clinic so thats another mix-up and they didn't even know why she was there!She saw the optician again today and was told that there is nothing they can do to fix the prescription as she has a slight lazy eye, I find that hard to believe! They said that she will just have to cope with the glasses that she has, so migranes everyday really!From start to finish the service received has been appalling and the glasses are useless but no offer of a refund has been given so mum is now £129 out of pocket.We won't be using Specsavers again and will go to a more reputable company in the future!

Took my glasses in to be repaired yes they did them but twice now the lense has come out so not very happy about it,you take something to be repaired you expect it to good as new not like it is keeps popping out

Excellent service felt well looked after and well informed. Have used this branch for years, they helped diagnose my Glaucoma and now hopefully saved my sight. Would heartily recommend.
