Q7 - Easy sales process, but really poor levels of customer service aftercare (some of the worst we?ve had) that don?t match the brand. Rude and ill equipped front desk, no cars available during routine work and you have to pay for them, 2 months to book in a software update. We wont be purchasing again with this dealer.

Brliant customer service from start to finish. Quick drop off and pick up of courtesy in the morning. They kindly sent a video clip of the car being checked. When my car was ready they gave me a call ?. . Really friendly and would definitely recommend if you need your Audi servicing. Will certainly be back in the future.. Thank you and keep up the good work guys ??..!

I have had the pleasure of bringing my car into Stoke Audi recently for a calibration on cameras following a new windscreen.Being part of the Swansway Group, I initially contacted Stafford Audi, where my car has been previously. Stafford took three days (and numerous chase calls) to get a price for the calibration, whereas Stoke gave me a price in 5 minutes. I was shocked that the two centres could vary so much in price with Stafford being 2.5 times more expensive than Stoke. Needless to say, bought it to Stoke, service desk was a welcome surprise to Stafford with people looking up at you, smiling and helping you - again vast comparison to Stafford Audi. I have now taken the decision that whilst it?s inconvenient, my car will never re-visit Stafford again, and anything that needs doing, will be done at Stoke. They even wash and vacuum your car better, so it?s a win win all round for Stoke Audi and a huge thumbs down for Stafford Audi.

Great service again today from Stoke Audi for my free tyre check.Special mention to Adrian for dealing with the booking, & Ben who carried out the check.Good to get a talk through on Audi cam so I could see for myself what had been checked.Clean & comfortable waiting area with nice coffee; makes it worthwhile driving in from out of the area to maintain the link with sales & servicing.
