Visited the Hanley branch in search of a new phone and contract as I was currently with another provider.\\nThe customer service I received from Gav was exceptional. He took his time to explain everything that I need to know with no hidden extras and made sure that there was nothing that I didn?t understand about my new contract.\\nI will be visiting again\\nThank you

I visited the Hanley store last week as my contract was up for renewal, Paul met myself & my daughter at the main desk & took us to be seated to sort things out, as I hadn?t got photo ID on me (we only popped in & didn?t expect to upgrade!) he told us to return the next afternoon which we did! Paul went above & beyond to find us an amazingly great deal by swapping my personal contract to a business one (I?m a self employed dog walker!) & he sorted my daughter more Gb of data! (She was over the moon as was I as am paying a lot less for a better phone!)My daughter goes to Berlin on Monday & Paul checked her roaming was free too.He was professional throughout, very comical & definitely knows his stuff! Such a lovely genuine man, I?m so impressed at the service I got from him & he even contacted me the next day as I rang the store concerned that my number hadn?t gone across, yet again he dealt with my query quickly & efficiently & the number was sorted within 10 mins!!Please give Paul some of the recognition he truly deserves. He?s a credit to you & the 3 team.10/10 5 star service! Can?t thank him enough?I?m a bit of a perfectionist so upgrading is a big thing for me & Paul made it all go so smoothly putting me totally at ease 100% Would highly recommend him to everyone!!

Awful service, high pressure sales tactics preying on unsuspecting, less-than-tech savvy victims. Thankfully the situation was rectified once legal action was threatened, the point is not everyone is willing to threaten with legal action; and basic human decency should be employed in these situations. You can thank John, and the staff at this three store for losing an entire family of long standing customers for a tiny slice of commission.

You can thank John and 2 others from your Hanley store and 1 from the call center for losing 5 long term customers. What company would employ people who are willing to rip off my Mother with a scam contract. 4 times we were lied to. Good riddance we've joined giffgaff. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Was upgrading from pay as you go to a contract plan in store and was told that the pay as you go number would be transferred over to the new account for me. Two and a half months later and I learned that the staff who promised to transfer the number for me did not process the proper paperwork. In the meantime, I was still using the old number which resulted in me getting locked out of my bank account, due to not receiving a text password verification. I thought I was going crazy, until I went back over the contract verification letter that I recieved in the mail (over a week after being in store ) and discovered that my number was never transferred as promised.

Was a 100/10 service excellent was planning be in and out was in their in therlir for 2 hours chatted with a member of staff named Barry exelent service and covered everything clearly and was a great laugh strongly recommend

Visited the shop in Hanley today gav the manager and Barry customer service is excellent I felt valued and they couldn?t do more for a customer. I would recommend there service to my friend and family in the future.

So I went in this week to buy a new Samsung as my last one unfortunately met a tragic end with my sink . Fortunately for me I met the very lovely Alexa !!! Not only was she extremely knowledgeable, she also made my whole experience a cheerful, smooth and extremely enjoyable affair. I had a lot of nerves coming into the store as picking a new phone is never an easy task however I am know extremely happy!! Thank you Alexa and the 3 team!!

Fantastic customer services from Paul. I have been in a few times to initially get my phone contract and then for support when I had to make an insurance claim. So refreshing to be able to speak to someone rather than do everything on an app or on the phone.
