They will never be Millionaires because in the last to 2 visits, to 2 different shops, I have not been charged.\\n\\nI hop that this is a new trend to give away their services, but seriously they give fantastic service, and if there is no charge then that is the correct price!

Friendly, helpful and surprisingly promoting better mental health (free literature and a purchasable book (proceeds I believe going to a mental health charity). Also, you can get passport photos in some Timpsons branches.

It was a nice trip however they charged 6.75 for for one key whereas it states on their website it should be 5.10

Went to get 3 keys cut. The staff were very rude and unhelpful. The price quoted was also very expensive. Would not consider Timpson again.

I went here to get a key cut and a chap was tinkering away with some shoes. I said hello and I asked for a few keys to be cut and he gave me a price.

I went here to get a key cut and a chap was tinkering away with some shoes. I said hello and I asked for a few keys to be cut and he gave me a price.
Then he turned back and continued to work on the shoes.. with no explanation why or even acknowledging my request.
It was only when I was nearly walking out did he turn around and ask for the key. I had them cut and he asked for £9.
After I paid not even a thank you. Just turned back around to again continue with shoes.
Shocking.
Apparently the markets below cut keys cheaper so go there instead.
