This must be the worse chemist I have ever had the unfortunate pleasure to deal with. I wouldn't have even give 1 star but I couldn't write a review without it. Its quite convenient for them to blame the phone lines, they just don't even answer it. Auto order prescriptions are never ready, the doctors confirm they don't request them. The delivery to elderly parents never arrive on time. This is so frustrating, by all the negative veviews listed this particular branch must not care one bit. I'm now in the process of finding information for the head office to make a formal complaint and also the NHS who let this chemist continue to trade, whist not looking after their patients who rely on this service.

Absolutely disgusted with this pharmacy. Trying to find my husbands medication. Told it had been at this pharmacy for a week by surgery. Rang at 10.45am and kept getting cut off. Stayed on redial until 3pm when phone was eventually answered was told very rudely that the phone is playing up and that customers in the shop are dealt with first, phone put down on me. Started ringing again for another 3 hours until closing time at 6pm. No one bothered to answer and they kept cutting my call off. This pharmacy wants closing. Customer service is shocking. Still not got my husbands medication. I made 433 calls with no assistance. ??? would recommend people don't use it.

Just called in to pick up some vitamins. Price on the shelf £5.39. scanning at the till over £8. Assistant firstly stated I was looking at the wrong price label and then said prices have gone up and do I want them or not....I said I wanted them at the advertised price.....I did get them but the assistant was extremely rude. This is not the first time I have received poor customer service here. I will avoid in future.

Never in my life have I known such ignorance. Been phoning all day and they do nothing but ignore the calls. Even went round and after waiting I phoned within the store and they ignored that call too. You?re supposed to be a health service. Get your act together. What an embarrassment.

Change your opening times to 8.30am if you can?t supply medication while waiting for the pharmacist to arrive

What is so difficult about answering a phone. For the last 3 months prescription hasnt arrived on the usual day. What are they playing at. Awful service. After a dozen phone calls, no answer, I gave up

Visited this chemist a few times & always found the service very good , staff kind & friendly & the chemist is extremely clean. Had an item that I know is hard to get but that's not the staff's fault its due to the supplier so thankyou ?

I have been with this chemist since it opened and to be honest the service has gotten worse over the years. there is missing items from my repeat prescription normally every other month. But today I?m fuming my repeat should have been delivered to me a week ago, no one at the chemist sorted it out until I phoned. Then I had to chase it up with the doctors. But what I?m more annoyed at was I had been phoning the chemist all day with no success. So I had to go up and see what was going on. The chemist was empty yet no one was answering the phone. I even ran while I was waiting for my meds and they totally ignored the call. That is totally wrong and pathetic customer service

This was one of the top pharmacies around but customer service has gone extremely downhill in recent months. This is possibly due to new management as several familiar faces have left and the new staff seem stressed. As a result we have long queues, no one answers the phone anymore and there?s always a mix up with prescriptions.

Whilst I?ve never had any problems getting my prescriptions I have seen many times whilst waiting other people have had problems getting their prescriptions on time however I don?t think this is down to the staff themselves, they seem very unstaffed and badly managed, whoever runs this store needs to get some new staff if there is not enough.Feel sorry for a couple of the staff who are nice and try to do their best however there are a couple of staff here who are always miserable and never seem interested in helping customers.Whilst I was last there waiting for a prescription an old lady passed out because it was hot and she was waiting too long. Another customer shouted the staff who were in the back, she had to shout to them twice before someone came out and the one that did didn?t really do anything, just asked if we knew if she was with anyone. The customer who helped her grabbed a bottle of water from the fridge and tried to get her to drink something before she blacked out again so another customer ran around to the surgery next door and grabbed 2 doctors who came within a minute with a wheelchair and took her next door. Well done to the lady that stepped in to help her ?? as the pharmacist did nothing!

Called in dropped I'm my prescription and waited and waited. People before me still sitting then saying they will have to come back as been here for ages and need to get the children out of school.it's looks manic with no organisation, will use Asda pharmacy next time.
