Possibly one of the worst branches of a Wells Pharmacy I've ever been to.No awareness of the staff as to the waiting times and people standing in the queue. Seems like it takes 2 people to do the job of one. I was queueing for about 30 minutes just to get a pack of nurofen, whilst the other 3 people waiting to be served were collecting prescriptions and it seemed to be a very complicated task for those behind the counter. In the end I had to walk out without buying what I needed due to the unneficcient staff.The branch manager should be embarrassed by running an operation such as this and it's unfortunate that there are no other options in the village, otherwise I'm sure this branch would have closed by now.

Never open. Just tried to go in and sign saying no pharmacist. This is local to us so now going elsewhere for the stuff I need. Not impressed

Not sure what is going on at this pharmacy at the moment. Telephoned five or six times from work from 9.10 this morning (Saturday), to inquire as to why my prescription hadn?t been delivered to my place of work yesterday. I was beginning to think that the branch was closed or that the phone was out of order but eventually I received an answer at 10.15 only to be told that it was there but it was down for delivery on Monday! This is by no means the first time that I have had to telephone due to non-delivery and explaining that I had now run out of medication as I had already been waiting a week, the response which I received was that I should ring them on the given day of delivery to make sure that I was on their list. A reminder should not be needed if the staff did their job properly! On saying that I wouldn?t be giving any reminder calls as I would be changing pharmacy, the response was ?well if that?s how you feel.? No apologies and of no concern.
