Iâ??ve ordered 2 things from WHSmith and I didnâ??t get 2 of my items and refund. I called about this to WHSmith store they disconnect the call and not answer my call. This is very very worst customer service. Please donâ??t do this to the customer. Donâ??t purchase anything from online in WHSmith.
