Had a door fitted 7 years ago that we are still really happy with, but our lock failed recently, and upon phoning the office, they immediately arranged a new lock and keys to be sent out.Throughout the process we were kept up to date on its delivery date. The lock arrived, I fitted and now all working perfectly.Great customer service.

Thank god I never received the quote in the end because it would clearly be a mistake to use them. Not once, but twice they have not responded with figures. The first quote was for a garden room. Now built and not by them, obviously!The only company I have ever come across that invites you in for a showroom discussion and quote after apologising for their previous conduct, only to waste your time again by not coming back to you.Time wasters and a very lucky escape!

Rang regarding a problem with door locks sherrie was professional and helpful, Paul came out the following day assessed the lock asked me to leave it with him and he would contact me as soon as the lock has come through. Within a few days sherrie rang and an appointment was made to fit new lock.Brilliant service very pleasedService: General door repair

Waited 7 weeks for a quote that never arrived - Lady in the office is rude and very unhelpful. I chased the quote numerous times by telephone, each time they said they?d call back with more information for me but never did. First impressions - unreliable with poor communication.
