I regularly use this branch of Aldi, usually at the same time every week. But at other times too and it always seems to have loads of empty shelves, mostly meat and fresh fruit and vegetables. Even though the aisles are constantly partially blocked with staff filling shelves. Also quite a few products disappear from the shelves for weeks or even months before they're back in stock. Unfortunately it's my local Aldi and it's very popular and so I guess I'm stuck with it or shop somewhere else. Other than that the staff are very friendly and there's a decent sized carpark.

Never before have I been so appalled at the incredulous and brazen front of supermarket practices. When looking to pay for goods today the checkout operator asked if they could see inside my (shopping) bag? This apparently is company policy. When asked if I would get an apology the answer was ?No? So you want to accuse me of shoplifting and I will not receive an apology? The store manager agreed this was company policy and added ?I?m sorry if this offends you, you might have left something in your bag?. I had put all my intended purchases in a basket, put them on the conveyor belt whilst being watched by the store cameras and yet it is company policy to look inside my bag after implying I a thief!!\\nNeedless to say, I did not purchase any goods from this supermarket today, I was not stopped by store detectives, my bag was not examined, I was not arrested, nor did I spend any time in a police cell. I have however, taken all my business elsewhere.\\nDo not: 1 Offend me and expect me to be okay with that, without an apology, 2. Hide behind company policy when clearly you are politely calling me a thief, 3. Forget it is my choice where I shop, 4. Forget there are other supermarkets vying for my business, 5. Forget the ?Customer if King? as without customers you do not have a business and today you lost one more.

Great store. Plenty of space for car parking. Generally well stocked, although the past few weeks could've been better (imagine this is part of the bigger challenges around supply chain, Covid, Brexit etc). Staff are always pleasant and the prices blow the competition away. Only draw back I think is due to its location on the busy Glascote Road, as when you need to exit right you'll need to rely on luck that people let you out. Will definitely be coming back for the foreseeable!

Large, well stocked store. Large car park. There were plenty of tills open but store now has 6 self service tills so paying \\u0026 getting out is much quicker.\\nOnly drawback is it is on a busy narrow road so right turns in or out involve waiting to cross a busy line of traffic.

Nice place but oddly close to another Aldi Store, staff are welcoming but make no small talk at tills which is odd considering that's a main point that's addressed when you apply for a job with them.

So much of the fruit & veg was up in a couple of days. Aldi is definitely not a place to go for a week's shopping. Also I know it's quicker at the till but why can't I pack my things into bags at the till? It actually isn't quicker if I then have to pack again in the car park! Always an annoyance at Aldi.

Amazing place for a weekly shop! Great prices, friendly staff and they really care for their customers, best place to shop in Tamworth i think, could use more parking, but overall, a great shop

Love it!! It's my local one 3minute walk. Don't shop anywhere else.staff are friendly and helpful.
