Called in and asked for a quote for a conservatory, builder failed to show up for first two weeks! Then waited a further two weeks before having to chase up quote again. I was then promised a quote the following day. That quote has still not come after two and a half months! Sadly this company have only wasted my time!

Had an issue with some bi fold doors fitted, by another company,. Spoke to Bradley who booked a technician to come out that day. What I thought was a slight adjustment needed turned out to be a lot more complicated. Doors were realigned and now work like a dream. Great service, very professional and great price. Will be using them in future for any other servicing or maintenance. Very happy customer.

Start to finish was a great service, but what has prompted me to leave a great review is the after care. A couple of months after installation one of the doors needed an adjustment, I emailed with a couple of pictures, they called within 2 hours to arrange someone coming to have a look the next day. They arrived on time, made the adjustments needed.A very happy customer, highly recommend!

Been over a month now and still not received a quote for a porch to be built. Not even a phone call from thr rep Brian. I had to contact him to be told waiting for builder quote. This is just a basic porch that they do all the time they should no the price.. disgusting service.. not recommended at all

Bradley Scott Windows built us a complete conservatory from the ground work to the final installation the work was carried out to a very high standard and always on time , they have a customer portal so you can track your work.we were recommended Bradley Scott and would be more than happy to use them again.

Contacted 3 times and arranged 3 times for a job. Everytime they ignored the arrangements made. Terrible service.Edited review: due to reply.So went into shop and went into office left all details which was put into a diary. We heard nothing. So next time I made a phone call who then gave me another date to meet me and again no show. So 3rd time went into the shop and an excuse was sorry I forgot. Went into shop 3rd time and again arranged a date all details were again written in the diary including email adress and phone numbers. I was never told about being entered onto a system only written in a diary which if you have to go into a system you had NO intention of ever coming to do a job.
