Been there a few months now and won’t be leaving anytime soon! Also to mention they have all the equipment required in order for me cover all areas of my training!”

Ladies of various ages, sizes and different health needs attend , there is an exercise programne for everyone . Plus i have lost nearly 2 stones and that's with lock down! plus my back feels good x”

“Booked ice-skating for the wrong day. The lady on reception was really lovely and managed to arrange it so that we could still skate. Absolute life saver, can't imagine just taking 4 kids straight back home!!The rink is smaller at this time of year as the speed skating part is closed for the Santa's grotto. It felt well run and not too busy.It was also very festive, if you want to get into the Christmas spirit this will do the trick”
