Total utter waste of time. Since Adam general manager left the ' old ' car crazy this garage is diabolical. My parents have used the garage for many years. So when a breakdown needed repair, they called the garage. Was assured the car would be collected! False promises. Was over a week in, and in the end my father had to retrieve the broken car from the next door supermarkets car park to take it to the garage for repair himself. Four weeks later and the garage have STILL not repired their car. They have had to risk driving the damaged vehicle elsewhere. I NEVER rated this place. But whatever has happened it has gone from bad to totally abysmal be oll

Excellent service booked online, checked before arrived tyres had been ordered, good communications. Arrived at 09:00 asked to collect within 1 hour due to very tight and full car parking on site. Well organised workshop and great supervision by the reception. Well trusted dealer, highly recommended. Best price in Tamworth.

Booked tyre fitting via Asda tyres. Went to the shop ontime letft the damaged tyre to put the new one. the person didn't want to fit the tyre to verhicle and told it is a busy day. Payed for the tyre fit as well. I had to take the tyre to different place and pay to fit it to the vehicle again.

Just had my car taken for it's service and MOT here. Great bunch of guys, very helpful, informative and down to earth. Can't recommend a better garage to take your car to. :)
