I first stepped into No Excuses after becoming bored with my previous gym. With no one to push me I was seeing little results. It couldn't be more different here. There are no mirrors (bonus!), no egos, no chance of slacking and a fun atmosphere. Great coaches tailor the sessions for every ability and push you to give maximum effort. Equipment is constantly updated and the training is always different. The outdoor Sunday sessions were invaluable in preparing me for Mactuff this year, a challenge I never thought I'd complete!Set yourself some goals and come give it a try, No Excuses will help you smash them.

I can?t rate this place highly enough for the impact it has had on my training. Great coaches and atmosphere, No egos like other Gyms. Great value and Sessions without the need to sign up to a contract. Up to date Equipment and brilliant outdoor trails and Hills for varied Training. I put this place as the reason I was able to achieve race Pb?s as well as podium position?s at Spartan. Whatever your goals or ability come and give it a try.

Great place to train for all ages and abilities, friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere with varied workouts to keep you on your toes and mix it up, been training here over and year now and have seen massive improvements all round. Highly recommended.

Nic always runs a hard but fun ladies only session every monday. She always varies it where she can keeping inline with current covid measures. You can work as hard as you like or if you want to be pushed abit she will help you achieve that. Def recommend.
