Not even 0ne star, the depot is a nightmare to get too very unhelpful, I paid £9.29 for guaranteed delivery, it seems it was my problem for using Parcel Force we were let down totally.

For the second time in a month I have had a message on my tracker app to say 'tried to deliver no access' Everytime i get a message to say delivering today I make sure I am in.There is no card left from the post man/women in my post box either, Bring back our regular postmen, we certainly are not getting a good service now.Sorry, I will not use Royal mail in the future if this continues.Kathy Tomkinson

Paid £9 for delivery before 1 with the specific instruction of calling my phone when at my address. Postman did not do this which caused me to miss my delivery and get rescheduled tomorrow. Waste of oxygen

I have never, never and I emphasise NEVER in my 32 year- long life experienced worst service than the one provided by Royal Mail Tamworth, to a point where if I see them coming up as only delivery option I cancel my purchases. The stuff working on desk are super rude and inconsistent in the way of picking customers queries. For example I might go one time to drop a return, and really depends whoever is on shift at the moment accepting to process my return, or redirecting me to my local post office with explanation they couldn't take parcels and process returns eventhough labels and everything are already attached to the actual packages. Postmen never bother to knock on the door or leave the red slip card for that matter. It has been numerous times when I would see them through the window chasing them down the street. Some other comments suggest they have might be understaffed or underpaid, but in the whole honesty if I pay £3+ for my postage that's more like HR problem than a customer problem and I don't have to spend my time chasing postmen or going back and forth with their customer service.

Had a great postman, called Dan, used to give him tip at Christmas always had a chat with him, a real help to the community, an asset to the royal mail, for whatever reason he was taken of my round and we now have a guy that would rather take things back to the sorting office than deliver them, you can see him laughing on the ring doorbell (because he knows it inconveniences people) the difference between the two employees is like knight and day! How he can turn a pleasant guy happy with the service to an angry fella who just wants his post is beyond me? I know there are constraints in every job but surely it isn't just one postman at this sorting office that can go above and beyond his job role? Takes such a lot to wind me upGood luck if this is your new gold standard of postman? Put dan back on the Belgrave round as the fella who is on at the minute is about as helpful as cancer!

Very helpful. My parcel had been delivered to the wrong house. The Royal Mail couldn't give me details due to data protection, but they did go out of their way to get my parcel back & delivered it to my door very, very quickly.

Said I wasn't in for delivery even though I was. Booked redelivery for next available day. Watched them put letter through letter box. Still no parcel. Please ROYAL MAIL don't go down the same path as evri and Amazon!!!!!!!!

Didn?t bother telling anyone that they?d changed opening times, yes they left a sign on the gate but for someone who can?t see properly with extremely bad eyesight that doesn?t help. Ended up waiting an extra day day that was needed to pick up important diabetic medication ?

My package was lost. They first said that it was sent to another PO so i went there and they didn?t know anything. After I complained to both the Post Office and Very which sent it the office manager called back saying they found it and i should come pick it up. They didn?t apologised or anything and am going tomorrow to see if they actually found it or not. The staff there is rude, they act like your a fly or something disturbing there peace.

Totally useless service. Mail delivered to wrong addresses, three letters and two parcels, the collections desk said to complain over the phone, they cant help. No sympathy and twice now i have had to report lost items and each time it took me 32 to 50 minutes to get answered listening to that useless auto message about not being upset with staff. They are either too few or too busy with complaints.. Such a poor service now-days and the joke is they want better conditions and pay.. wish i could get even a 2% annual pay rise better than the 0 we have to expect.I wish they would do their job correctly.
