Slow service no communication from them.Ordered an item last week on Thursday still waiting this week for the item to turn up, contacted them and they said that the item wasn't in stock and it won't be in until Wednesday of this week on the website itsaid, they had it in stock. If I'd known that I would have gone elsewhere i.e. eBay and pay 2 quid more, and I would have had it on Saturday/Monday.

Take my order, take my money, then call to tell me they are out of stock. 2 hours later the same equipment is still showing as in stock. False advertising and awful customer journey.

fast delivery and a good price. I bought 3 types of sticky back foil tape all of them have a mirror side and thickness which is similar to cooking foil. They will do what I need.

Absolute ignorance beyond belief. Get ignored at the goods in bell, wait 40 minutes before my company told me to pull out. Supposed to collect 1 pallet for there own customer, no communication or feedback from them whatsoever!! British industry at its best!!!!
