Having been a loyal customer of Vision Express for over 20 years my family will be switching to another opticians.They are more than happy to give you a yearly eye test then upsell you a £300-£400 pair of overpriced glasses but when you call for with an issue they ain?t interested.I telephoned yesterday as I?ve had an intermittent blurred eye issue this week. Kerry (manager) was totally uninterested and refused to allow me to pop in for the optician to check it. She was unhelpful and disinterested, the only thing she could suggest was to go to A&E and sit all day to get it checked, when their optician could have taken a look and give me reassurance within minutes.I contacted another opticians and was seen today, I?m glad to say they have explained what the issue is and provided a solution; Vision Express could have done this for such a longstanding customer but as they haven?t they?ve now lost a family of customers.Well done Kerry good job!!!!

So impressed with my check today the optician went above and beyond to be thorough. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful keeping me advised and allay my worries.. would not hesitate to recommend their services..first class.. thank you

The opticians are friendly but 3 times now my prescription hasn?t been right, I haven?t been able to see properly for months despite me going back asking for a recheck. On top of that one of the women who does the lenses is completely rude. Save your time and go elsewhere

Had my eyes tested today the service I had was fantastic. This is the first time I have had an eye test here and would definitely recommend it.

I really don't think they can find another excuse as to why my glasses haven't been done correctly. EXPRESS??? 3 months is express ??? Really??? Won't use them again.

Been using vision express a number of years had eye test Ricky th optician good as always the lady in shop late 20,s absolutely no customer service, when asked if they could order glasses in as needed bigger frame was told to go online and have a look.With that she huffed and walked off and grabbed her lunch leaving me and the wife stood in the shop till another guy came over and sorted it out. The lady in question really needs to learn some people skills.

I had an eye test and contact lens aftercare appointment with Heera this morning. She was very thorough and talked me through everything she was doing. She has excellent customer service skills, is very personable and easy to talk to. I wish her well with her further studies and every success in the future! I am sure she will do well ? Thank you for making my opticians appointments a pleasurable experience Heera!

Very good, I had a problem with my right eye, the optician who I normally see, initially tested my eyes, and told me my eyesight had deteriorated and I would need new glasses. After that he dilated my right eye and after a few minutes he put me onto a different instrument to look inside both pupils to make sure there was nothing seriously wrong. He put me at ease and said at present there is nothing wrong, he advised me on what to do should I have a certain problem again.The staff who sorted out my new glasses were very friendly and helpful.I have been with Vision Express for several years as they have found problems with my eyes which meant I needed laser surgery and they referred me straight to the hospital. They have been the best opticians that I have been to and intend to stay with them.
