Helpful staff, I went to buy a hose pipe with fitments and had everything I wanted (and more) . Lovely selection of plants and flowers.

Nice mini B&Q friendly staff there doesn?t sell everything there, like they don?t sell soldering irons. But it has a paint mixing section and it has a nice big carpark outside where you can always get a space.

Always loved this outlet but when I went on Tuesday I was really disappointed when I got to the checkout I found it was self service,I really didn?t like it,I liked having a laugh and a joke with the people on the till

Typical b&q with good helpful staffIt is a pity that they don't bother to provide a customer toilet. A big store with no customer services doesn't encourage business.

It's B & Q it does what is says on the building. Large car park and lot of other handy stores on this site too

Small place for a B&Q but pretty much the same as most , not a huge selection because of the size, but they will get you anything B&Q sell no problems, just sometimes have to wait a few days, all pretty good really ?

B&q has always struggled. The stock the cheapest tat, and its not cheap and if you need anything out of the ordinary? No. This store will be stuffed when screwfix opens.

You'd think something simple like a new valve washer for a B&Q toilet would be easy to get, link on site says can't find that page, looked in the store, only one washer was similar, asked if it's the same as mine, I took the old one down, nobody knew, so I purchased it anyway, got back home and found correct ones online, none of them at BQ, they supplied the toilet but don't have any spares for it, poor service

This place is always the same, plenty of what you would like but hard to find what you actually need, garden centre part is not worth bothering with, hundreds of plants but little choice and top end prices, visit a proper garden centre.

Staff helpful and finding many prices now cheaper than some of the big leading biulders merchants.
