“I just wanted to say what a positive experience all the staff provided when we came in as a family this week. My partner, two daughters and I, all needed checkups and we were looked after brilliantly by Rob, Jen, Jess and Liam. What could have been a very fractious afternoon, with two small children, was made very positive as they were included in choosing Mummy and Daddy's new glasses and we were helped in navigating the overwhelming options to choose the perfect glasses for us. Can't wait to pick them up on Saturday.”
