I have been to Francesco in Uttoxeter for a number of years now, great experience very professional salon, all of the Staff are really lovely. Cheryl generally does my hair she is a great hairdresser but if Cheryl is not available I have would be happy to have any of the other girls. I would highly recommend, I always enjoy going and I am always pleased with the result. Keep up the good work Paula and girls.

I went to francesco for a root colour, which i asked to match my current root growth and to extend roughly an inch or so from my scalp, to blend into the blonde i already had.i pointed to where i wanted the brown to go on multiple occasions and the lady who did my hair said it was no problem. the brown was applied all over my roots and then instead of bending this out using the proper technique, she instead used a comb to brush this through my hair from the root to the tip. not being a hairdresser i didn?t understand that this was the wrong way to give a shadow root. pictures attached of my hair before, showing my roots and the lovely blond colour id taken a long time to get to, and the after pictures taken by another hairdresser. I think that it?s absolutely disgusting that a level 3 qualified hairdresser could be so incompetent, and most of all ruin my hair so much. It?s patchy and uneven, and doesn?t match my roots at all. I cried in the shop after she asked what i thought of it, obviously i wasn?t going to be happy, anyone could see how much of a mess my hair was. I was offered a full head of foils to try to correct the damage, however i declined as this would have more than likely been applied poorly too, and already having bleached hair makes it quite fragile. My hairdresser has since noticed small broken sections which i assume came from when the hairdresser dried my hair, pulling at it with a round brush knotting my hair while it was wet. You should not be aggressively brushing hair which has been bleached while it?s wet. Paula has called me to offer a correction, however i have declined again as i have no trust in this salon. Please be cautious as i have now had to have a red colour put onto my hair to hide the damage caused, i wouldn?t want anyone to feel how i did after i left francesco.I have had to pay for this to be corrected elsewhere, which i think is very unfair. I don?t feel that enough care has been taken to resolve this situation properly.

I have a cut and colour by Megan who always does a fantastic job (everyone tells me it's lovely) and she is such a perfectionist!
