I went before my Christmas do in December and was treated like a rock star, I?m not! My husband wouldn?t come in so Nicole went to get him and made him a cup of tea. So I went back today and both Nicole and Susan were there again. Once again I was treated like royalty (I?m not that either!) but I got an outfit once again. This is my 4th visit and I know I?ll leave looking fab. Yes you pay more than other high street shops but you get more in return. Thank you Nicole and Susan for yet another great experience. I hate shopping but love this kind of shopping.

it's all good and well when there wanting to take your money! The minute you have a problem or need a refund for what ever reason they become very rude and no longer want to help! I spoke to the manager who was also very rude and contradicting! I can honestly say I will never shop at this store again even if my life depended on it.

Nice diversity, very good customer service, paying attention to details,garments are wrapped in tissue and presented beautifully. The big chains can learn a lot from this shop!
