Gem of a showroom on the outskirts of Uttoxeter near the Tesco/ Waitrose roundabout . Friendly and helpful and its nice to shop local. Very pleased with my purchase . Huge range of lovely furniture .

Purchased an oak table from them 10 years ago, and then purchased another 2 of the same table 3 years ago. There has been a clear decline in the quality of the product and yet they refuse to admit this. A child doing spot the difference could have told the differences! The table legs have also started blowing up and peeling (so much for the solid oak - it is just a veneer) which they said is due to it being knocked or damp from cleaning the floor. If this product does this with cleaning around it or the occasional knock, i think we would get better wear and tear our of Ikea next time!

Great delivery of 4 items, no issues on delivery, had an issue with marks on console table after a few weeks, response from customer support not so great!They insist the marks are "Accidental Damage" and not their responsibility.The marks were cause by placing a fan on console for just 2 nights, the fan had 4 rubber feet.I bought the console table to place things on the table!I didn't accidentally place the fan on the table, I used the table as a table and placed the fan on it.To me "accidental damage" is poring coffee on it, dragging something across it etc.If I cannot place a fan with rubber feet on the table without marking the surface it's 'not fit for purpose" and as such I ought to get some support when requesting it, not be bounced back with "Accidental Damage".So please be aware, the items are very lightly painted and anything placed upon them is likely to cause "Accidental Damage".I was intending to purchase addition items to match, I'll be looking elsewhere now!

My wife visited the Uttoxter showroom and was shown around by Jase who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and he provided wooden colour samples to ensure we could get a exact colour match. We chose the Toulouse Grey Painted Console Table. Ordering was so simple online. We were contacted the next day to arrange delivery and within 5 days it was with us. At Excellent service from start to finish. A very professional company. I will definitely be buying from Top Furniture again. ??

Went in on Saturday & placed order, 3 items arrived today Friday. Delivery was quick, everything wrapped really well. Great value for solid good looking furniture. Was kept informed on delivery, staff very helpful. Can?t wait for our other 2 items to arrive & complete our new look. Definitely recommend.

Excellent service and product all round!!! Table and Bench took very little time to put together. Would highly recommend their products. They both look fantastic and the quality for the price was a pleasure to find. Late review due to house renovation and kept the table and Bench in the boxes for few months. Very Happy customer!!

Love this shopWe have a coffee shop in Worksop and we bought all our tables chairs and bar stools from top furniture so they get a lot of wear. 10 years on they still look good, so had no hesitation in buying from them for our house.My most recent buy was for the bedroom, really pleased with all the items, drawers are huge and solid, no flimsy flat pack. Bedside tables are a very generous size, love the drawer stops in the drawers too.Everything ready built, fantastic!

I will certainly not be buying from Top furniture again. Firstly, the delivery date was delayed twice, but it was up to me to contact the company to find this out, I was never contacted about the delays. However, this is not my main concern, which is the quality. They advertise as 'oak', however, it is actually an MDF box with an oak top. the MDF is flimsy and of very poor quality. My wardrobe has wonky doors, a bowed front and does not sit level on the base. After many complaints, I have been offered £300, but I would not buy from them again if they paid me. Erin in customer service is excellent, but the rest of the department leaves a lot to be desired.Also a point to note, I have left a review through their system, but guess what, it has not been published - there's a surprise! They obviously screen their reviews and only post positive ones.

I bought a Farmhouse Country Cream Painted double bed, along with two matching bedside cabinets, from Top Furniture via their website and it. They arrived within a week and I'm absolutely delighted with them They're sturdy and well made and look great. Very good value for money and I expect they'll last well too. Highly recommended.
