Great service from UTB, from entering the showroom where Chloe offered information and advice, but not pushy in any way, through to completion of our kitchen tiling project we cannot be more satisfied. Great choice of tiles to select from, fitted and finished by Chris & Josh. Quality of the work is great and Josh is a fantastic guy/worker, however, a week and a half to complete a tiny wc is ridiculous when I was advised "a week easy". The main let down for this company must be Chris and I'm not convinced he actually exists as on several occasions I was advised that he would be round and never showed up. I certainly won't be recommending them to friends/family with large bathrooms unless they can wait for a good couple of months.
