Had my lounge repaired after a flood. Orchidia used a plasterer to replace the ceiling. Two days after the work was completed the crack came back. I've paid for the work in good faith but Orchidia are not answering my emails and have not repaired it. They were going to tile 64 square metres of my bungalow and told me to buy the tiles from Easy Bathrooms which I did they now tell me to find someone else as they don't know when they would be able to do the job. I would definitely not reccommend this company.
