Stayed with Jane and Ray twice in the last two weekends as visiting family. They are both extremely sociable, chatty people, who know the area very well. They are most welcoming and Ray cooks a fabulous full English breakfast. A light breakfast is also available. The rooms are clean and furnished to match the style of the house. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Jane and Ray are very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is very generous. I've stay many times when friends who live locally have a house full.

Great traditional b&b. We have stayed a few times now in the family room. Nice comfortable bed and great breakfast. Owners are really nice and welcoming.

Lovely B and B and great bubbly hosts. Decent base to get to the Suffolk and Norfolk coast and about 15 miles to Norwich city. Myself and partner will go again.

Fantastic homely friendly place to stay. Would give higher star rating if I could. Great owners, good rates. Clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast.
