My mum bought a dog ornament that was all chipped and broken it had all been glued on the leg I understand that everything in a charity shop is secondhand but to sell broken items to people is not right

This is a lovely charity shop, lots of good quality items for sale, very clean and tidy.The manager, Julie, and volunteers are very friendly and helpful, raising money for a very good cause!
