AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I have personally witnessed the Owners grandson who?s a CHILD (a primary school child approx age 8-10 years old) DRIVING & MOVING Customers cars around the forecourt! Absolutely disgusting! When the owner saw me recording his grandson ILLEGALLY driving the cars he quickly ran him inside their adjacent property! I have filmed the child driving CUSTOMERS vehicles and reported them to the Police. Prior to me witnessing this, they had previously worked on my Car and gave me completely false advice and quoted me £1,300 for UNNECESSARY WORK!!!! I took my car to an RAC approved garage who said APTEC had quoted me for repairs that DIDN?T need carrying out!!! AWFUL GARAGE CONNING PEOPLE! AVOID

No job too awkward for these guys at a decent price. There aren't many garages you can talk about your car problems to without big pressure to commit a lot of money, but these guys are very approachable and I have never had issues with their work.

Extremely expensive, also over exaggerate the time to fix car faults..Enquired about a job for my car, APTEC told me it would be 10hours to complete said job.. another garage completed the job in 45mins! There's a huge difference between 10hours & 45mins.. God only knows what they would have charged me..?So if you don't mind losing your car for about 3weeks whilst they change a bulb, take it too APTEC..

I came here from very far Liverpool as there was a very minor problem in my car of on 10minutes approximately and straight away they told me we are full for couple of weeks not friendly
