“Excellent well stocked bookshop with a nice coffee shop. Great for chilling out and browsing the books. Bought a travel book and had a coffee and cake there. Very helpful staff.”

“Waterstones was exactly as you would expect...... Books and more books. Also, a nice selection of board games and other items. I must admit I shop in there on a regular basis and have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. When needed they have pointed me in the direction I required and so on.”

“Always a good selection of modern paperbacks, admittedly a bit more expensive than other charity shops but the books are current and in very good condition. They have a good children's section, as well as the usual gardening, cookery, geography etc, plus a small selection of other Oxfam products, eg cards, chocolate etc.We always go in if we go to Bury St Eds, never leave empty handed. The staff are nice too.”

“Following a refresh this branch now stocks a small range of M&S lines which is a great addition. It certainly seemed very popular with the hospital staff today!”

“Amazing staff great products!I Visited the store on 16th of September around 2pm and my 9 month old son was screaming as he was poorly I was desperately trying to buy some party decorations for my almost 5 year old daughter whilst she was at school so this was the only chance I had. The two ladies working could see I was stressed and were so nice at talking to my son and making him smile whilst they did the helium balloons I had purchased. I have never received such great customer service before in my life. My daughter will now have her birthday decorations which are very BIG balloons at such a great price and I left feeling very positive and a happy son as well. Very pleased with the staff who helped me out massively. Will definitely be returning. Thankyou”

“With the post office situated upstairs on the 1st floor, you could post your mail and while you are there maybe buy some stationary and packaging, or even your newspaper, drinks and even a book. Basically you could do 2 jobs in 1 at this store. Staff are very helpful too.”
