Ordered a riser recliner chair which was available for immediate delivery and was promised to be delivered by the 17th of October and the sofa was would be delivered in 9 weeks in DecemberWhile checking the status of the order it says sofa would arrive on 6th December and the recliner would be delivered on 13th DecemberXannit contact the storeManaged to contact customer service in Cambridge on person said the recliner is in transit but 3 days later another from customer service say the recliner is still lying in tge store and they will get the store to contact us afterc3 working daysIt was all fairy tales until the order was placedThe salesman wanted me to write a review after I placed the order and did so to give a 5* but I am now withdrawing same horrible service ?

Appalling service. View a swatch in store and ordered the sofa and footstool over the phone. It arrived in a different colour. After stating i did not want to accept the order the delivery driver said I had too and to contact customer service. Which I completely do not have too. After speaking to the store and customer service I am told they have to try and rectify the colour when all I want is a refund and the sofa to be collected as it is their fault I still have it after being told I cannot turn it away. The delivery driver also started commenting on my new house asking how I have been able to afford it and if I am on any buying scheme. Completely unprofessional.

Quick at taken your money brought a few items at once to have nothing but problems been waiting ages for replacement get promised this and that and nothing followed through delivery didn?t bother turning up or ringing! Poor customer services I would steer clear! Won?t be ordering from here again!! Always us chasing the store or trying to find out what?s going on!!!

In November we ordered and paid in full for our sofa, we moved into our new home on the 3rd of February ready for our sofa which was due to be delivered on 05/02/23 only to be let down on several occasions now by dfs. My partner is now 40 weeks pregnant with now no sofa to sit on and you can not tell me when or where my sofa is and expect her to spend her last days of pregnancy with nothing to sit on. I have tried complaining to my local dfs and they have been unable to provide any clarity as to when my sofa will be delivered and as a consequence we have no sofa to sit on. It is beyond desperate and I urge you to take my complaint seriously.

Excellent customer service and have bought sofas off them in the past and lasted for years so happy to go back!Sales rep explained everything we needed and after being told a 7 week lead time it was only 2 weeks which was a massive bonus!

Unfortunately the customer service of this company is beyond incompetent. Had a suite delivered before Christmas with an incorrect foot stool and broken chair. They attempted to deliver another incorrect footstool in January and sent out somebody to look at the broken chair. Had to call them for an update and was told that a new arm and footstool will be ordered. Approx 5 weeks later I called and advised that they are still awaiting the replacement arm and no record of footstool being ordered. Will never order from this company again - buyers beware! Why on earth did Multiyork have to go under. ?

All 5 stars review are about the experiences in the showroom. Yes, I agree the salesman are very polite and nice but also say what they cannot do. But once you bought it, everything is changed. Poorest customer service I have ever seen. Please don't buy a sofa from DFS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stay away couple of years after buying a £3,000 sofa it looks awful I call them and they say it?s normal after that long ! 2 years and then when I try to pursue it they try and blame me for what is clear leather wearing away just from normal usage ! Stay away
