Went in here today to order a new mattress which I'd seen on a previous visit. There were 3 salespeople all tied up on computers with customer, so I went upstairs to check I was still happy with my choice hoping someone would be free to serve me soon. I returned downstairs and a female assistant was free. I told her what I wanted to order but after many attempts she seemed unable to log on , despite saying she was on the system earlier. I suggested she turn her pc off and on but she said she did not want to do that. The 2 male salesmen were busy so feeling disappointed I left.

Helpful & knowledgeable staff, tech well beyond what you'd expect when buying a bed or mattress. Had my body shape & preferred sleep position measured with LIDAR, my weight assessed & suggestions made. Worth the time spent there, had some comfy nights on the new mattress since.
