I love L'Occitane, so have visited many of their stores over the years, but the staff in Bury St Edmunds, set this one apart. I had an enquiry so rang and spoke to Kirsty, who could not have been more helpful. Then when I visited the store I was attended to by Georgia who was lovely and friendly, and just went the extra mile. I left the store one very happy customer and will be back.

Little haven. The Bury St Edmunds branch is a lovely place to venture into. Love their products, staff is always helpful. Can be in the pricey side but worth every penny!
