Talk about the right place at the right time. (AIE) Went for a walk around the Abby in slip on sketchers. Made friends with the mud that will take your shoes and your dignity. Luckily didn't fall in the mud. Walked in and explained my lack of shoes on this trip. Was directed by a kind female associate to some semi water proof sketcher boots. 3 colors but they only had one in my size. They must have other stores because they can have a pair sent the next day. Beyond happy with the service. Felt comfortable, welcome, and listened to. (American in England)

Unfortunately we must have caught the guy on a bad day? At least I?m hoping so as that customer service was probably the worst I?ve ever experienced it tarnished the whole time spent in the store so won?t comment on anything else ???? went in for footwear for 3 people left with none and bought them elsewhere all because the what seemed like the owner couldn?t be bothered to check for sizes when asked and this was literally once ??? short and rude with a tone in his voice when replying to us in any regard and I just don?t get it so I took my custom elsewhere

Went in to look for some shoes to wear for work and found the selection of appropriate smart work shoes to be non-existent. A store called Mr Shoes with an awful range of shoes.I doubt the two workers even realised I was in the store at all as well, no acknowledgement at all whilst I was in there as they were too busy looking down at their phones and watching videos. A small bit of professionalism would go a long way but they obviously had more important things to care about than potential customers.

Wow! What a shop! It seems to invite you in with its slightly retro look and solid wood floor. And what wonderful trainers, a bit out of the ordinary. And while not me :-D the women's shoes are truly beautiful to look at. I came out with a pair of German Mustangs.
