Oh my word , I went in today for the second time to take my husband to help me pick between 2 sets of pearl jewellery, my husband said if you like them have them both as it was my 60th, and he asked the ladies that eventually served us after standing at the till just watching us with another lady , So my husband asked her if she could do anything on the price and she snapped back absolutely not , and he said nothing at all and again she answered wry rudely , annoying to say the least as I could of brought both and more and would of done had she not been so rude , she clearly thinks she?s better than us , I will never step in that shop again made us feel very uncomfortable, rude lady and no need to be like that , for want for another word , keep your jewellery.

Complete and utter outrageous experience! My mother inlaw and i we?re Christmas shopping today and the professionalism is outrageous! We waited for well over 10 minutes to get served while three staff members were having a general chitchat! When we finally got to the checkout the lady was extremely rude when she snapped and said ?card only? which i believe you should still have the option for cash or card. I will definitely not be returning as i will stick to using HSamuel?s in future.

Visited today to have a new watch strap fitted and the lady who served me could not have been more helpful.There was a very good selection of straps to choose from and I was allowed time to choose which would be most suitable.Fitting was included and great care was taken.Could not be happier. Thank you. I am sorry I did not take your name but you were so great.

Absolutely appalled by the lack of professionalism of this establishment, which has now affected us. We paid a fortune for our Canadian immigration pictures to be taken here (entire family), which required to be stamped and dated on the back. The pen used by the lady at the counter was not suitable so the back of the pictures got completely smudged with ink and in places was intellegibile. I asked the older lady at the counter to redo the pictures as the smudged writing would likely not be accepted (we are talking immigration pictures) and she very rudely said we'd have to pay for another set if we wanted that amended. It was their mistake and they were asking us to pay £80 plus for it. I argued the mistake was theirs but to no avail. Given the amount paid we had to use those and LO AND BEHOLD now we have been requested for new pictures, which has delayed our immigration status finalization. Awful service and absolutely no professionalism or accountability. Go somewhere else.

They charged me £20 just to remove links from a watch, and an estimated two hour wait time. The whole job takes about 30 seconds. Absolute ripoff.
