“I popped in to get some balloons for my daughter’s birthday. The wonderful member of staff went above and beyond helping me pick the perfect ones. She then helped with assisting where things where and offered to help me with taking bits to the till as she could see me struggling, I tried to get her name off of her badge I believe I saw the name Jo? I have been back and will purposely go back to the store just because of the fantastic customer service I received from her. A real asset!”

“We visited on the 26th May at 10:00 with an exchange and the staff were friendly and helpful.Very impressed also by how staff help and serve the older customers that come in. They are patient and understanding- good old fashioned service. Great for Felixstowe still have a Smiths.A lot of products in one fairly small shop.Only downfall is prices of stationary are quite expensive.”
