Was on my hols in felixstowe. This little cex is just fantastic!!!! Loved the staff and this is MY FAVOURITE cex of all. In 2 visits get my dvds,video games and hdmi cable Nothing was too much trouble. Next time I'm down in felixstowe I'm so going there 1st,GREAT WORK CHAPS!!!!+???????

I am very disgusted the way I was treated when I walked in I approached the gentleman with facial hair and asked him excuse me mate do you work here as he walked past he gave me a filthy look and walk straight past me and when I said excuse me he just stared at me i said that was really rude. And a young girl who I imagine was the manager didn't really care either and just ask me how can I help you after I just said he was rude never using this ces again I'll go ipswich

Rip off merchants who try to wriggle out of any warranty claims. Do not trust them, take your business elsewhere or you will be stuck with a non-existent warranty for defective goods.

Manager really doesn't want to buy anything! Took in a phone, waited an hour before he said the camera lens ha a crack so couldn't sell it. It was the protective screen that had a crack, not the camera. The other four things I was clearing out also apparently had problems which I couldn't find! Waste of time and very poor management.

Drove from Ipswich to buy an item as it was only in stock at Felixstowe.Item was a used disgrace at a supposedly B grade, it was very used and not a B grade in my opinion. But they are happy to fob me off on a brand new in box item which was an A grade but they wanted to give me B grade prices!Staff were arsey and rude and unhelpful.Will use Ipswich in future.
