Staff could be more knowledgeable about their stock. Couldn't find what I wanted. Stock scattered in several different areas. Wanted long handled fork (as in trowel and fork) staff couldn't help although kind, respectful and considerate to me. A neighbour visited same store following day and by chance found the item hanging outside by the bedding plants where staff have to water daily. I now have my fork and exactly what I needed.
