After spending a considerable amount of time and money trying to get any kind of hifi system to deliver sonic bliss in my current living room, close to selling everything and quitting hifi all together I turned to Alastair and his team for some urgent help. Alastair arranged to send one of his three hifi Ninjas around to investigate. After a morning with Kevin, different speakers and speaker cables I ended up with a very nice pair of Dynaudio Contour 20i and some Tellurium Q Black II speaker cable. Throw in the great advice on making minor adjustments and replacing a hifi mains block that wasn?t at all hifi friendly. I am all sorted now and have my own slice of hifi heaven.

Nervously visited the shop today looking to purchase my first turntable, with such an impressive display of high end equipment I felt a little out of my depth? I couldn't give more credit to the guys for making me welcome and taking the time to walk me through the systems, setting things up for me to demo and answering my questions. They really do cater to all here, the whole visit was a joy without any rush. It?s not just a shop it?s an experience, felt like I could have easily spent the day there without any bother to the team. I traveled nearly an hour out of my way to visit this place over my local stores and I?m really glad I did, recommend these guys to anyone.*Proud owner of a new Rega Planar P2

Great people, great service, great premises!If you want to be treated with respect and not talked down to like a lot of hifi dealers then come here.I live 200 miles away and would gladly make the trip down to Signals to demo and buy hifi equipment. The demo rooms are some of the best in the U.K.

I'd like to say something new, but it's all been said before: so so helpful and accessible, as in non elitist., although they have a vast range and covering all budgets (almost!).During lockdown, I was encouraged to try various bits at home at my leisure, and all my (often inane) questions were answered in depth and with humour. Also their prices were extremely keen.My first and only point of call now. Wish I'd found them years agoPaul Macey below is exactly right.....

Kev was hugely helpful demonstrating a range of products both within and slightly outside of our price range, so we had the fullest perspective of how each amp/turntable/speaker performed. He was also kind enough to set everything up and walk me through step by step, which was great, 5/5 highly recommend!

After visiting a few Hi-Fi shops we came across signals in Ipswich. The equipment in there is amazing. Originally we was just looking to buy a sound bar. After Alastair showing us some other options we bought 2 stand up Dynaudio Evoke 50 speakers, Evoke centre speaker, Dynaudio sub 6 speaker, AV amp, 2 Naim Muso?s and Naim amp. Yes, they showed us what music could really sound like, we got goosebumps! The sound bar just wouldn?t do it anymore. Second to none is their customer service. We was loaned two speakers while waiting for our new ones. Andy came out to us 4 on occasions just to help us set the equipment up. I can not put into words how amazing the service is. They are the gods of the Hi-Fi world, you can not go anywhere better, no matter how much you are spending. The experience they gave us and continue to give us is exceptional! Nothing is ever too much, they really do bend over backwards We look forward to seeing them again!

It was my first visit to Signals Hi-Fi and yes, the set up and equipment available for demonstration in their listening rooms is second to none - topping out with the Naim Statement. However, mere mortals like myself are also catered for and I purchased a Bluesound Node streamer, Rega Brio amp and speaker cable. Thank you Alastair and Kevin for your personable welcome and advice which helped a hi-fi novice feel at ease.

What an absolute pleasure it is dealing with this company. Every time I test audio gear out, they go above and beyond my expectations with an impeccable service. Offering to lend out demo gear & always giving quality advice and most importantly, providing their time and patience. I have mostly dealt with Andy, who I'm building a great relationship with in terms of my needs and he is always there to assist me along the way. I really look forward to visiting Signals every time I do so, and will continue to use them on a long term basis.
