While over in Suffolk visiting my family for Christmas I stumbled across Superhero Fitness. I have to say Superhero is a great gym. It's fully stock with all the equipment you need. There are 5 main fitness rooms including a functional fitness type room, a strength/powerlifting room, a classic fitness room, cardio room and a space for stretching and other activities. The staff were super friendly and the members all very welcoming.An awesome fitness space. I highly recommend to anyone thinking about getting fit and healthy.Paul - New Zealand

I'm absolutely loving my fitness journey at superhero. I joined at the beginning of June and I'm already fitter, stronger and a bit lighter ? The staff are all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The classes available are brilliant and no two have been the same so far. All the regulars to the gym have been very welcoming towards me and it is such an inclusive atmosphere. I'd highly recommend superhero fitness to anyone who asks.You did say you'd pay me £30 for this didn't you Liam? ??

I?ve been a member for around 5 months now and it?s been life changing for me. I use the gym for classes and although I?ve been very active and involved in fitness for years, they?re the best exercise sessions I?ve ever done. Such a fantastic variety to choose from at all times of the day, each designed to get the very best from your workout. I?m more confident in my own skin, my running has improved as a result of the strength work I?m doing and I?ve met a whole community of friendly and encouraging gym members. Highly recommend.

I can't speak highly enough about this gym. When I joined I was virtually already on my knees both physically and mentally. I possibly wouldn't have ever got back up without the Superhero staff and other gym members keeping me going. I recommend to anyone thinking of joining to immerse yourself in the wonderful community that exists here. I've been a member of many gyms in the past but nowhere else I've been has everything rolled into one like this place. Genuinely grateful ?

My son used the gym frequently and absolutely loves it, the community is amazing, small and compact which makes the place a lot better than commercial gyms, a lot easier to make friends, staff are always extremely helpful and supporting, highly recommend ???

This GYM is unique and ahead of the other competitors. The classes, the staff, the range of exercises you get taught are all superb! Who knew you could actually enjoy burpees!?

It feels like a community rather than just a gym, I have never maintained my fitness journey with any other gym like I have here. 100% recommend as they personalise everything to you and get to know you personally rather than just as a commodity.

I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape. The trainers are really friendly and helpful, they make you feel really comfortable. The group classes go really fast and you enjoy doing it. Everyday is a new training day so it is never boring.

I've been training for many years and I have never felt as comfortable and at home as i do at Superhero Fitness. The excellent equipment complimented by the very knowledgeable staff members makes it the perfect place to train whether you are a beginner or a long time trainer. I would honestly recommend this gym to anyone. FIVE STARS!!

Joined with one of the 12 week plans then started doing classes and fell in love! My fitness has come on leaps ans bounds and getting more confident with lifting heavier weights!A very friendly, welcoming gym!
