People moan about our surgery Cutlers Hill ???????? honestly people have no idea how lucky we are to have such friendly staff and excellent service we get compared to others. The pharmacy too are always so good and nothing is ever too much trouble, I don?t go that often but when the staff know u out of all the peoples medications they do and that go in each day wow?. always polite and friendly staff and nothing is never too much trouble for them give credit where credit due ???

I've been going to Cutlers Hill Surgery my whole life - expect for a few years when I lived away - and without a doubt it's one of the best GP surgeries around! I suffer from severe anxiety, PTSD and a chronic pain disorder and the staff always manage to put me at ease! I recently found out that I can book appointments online which is awesome because my anxiety makes it difficult to phone sometimes. I requested 2 appointments for different things late on Friday and got a reply with appointments first thing this morning. Really happy! I basically live at the doctors so having fantastic staff makes a huge difference! Thank you!

In my opinion all the staff at this surgery from reception to nurses and Doctors are excellent, kind and caring. I have never had to wait long for advice about my health. For example if I want to make an appointment I usually receive a follow up telephone call on the same day from a nurse or doctor to assess my medical needs.
I would definitely recommend Cutlers Hill Surgery

I had an appointment with dr Treen today, he is a wonderful gp, he takes his time to listen to you and deals with each issue that you have asked him to deal with. He also phoned me after i forgot some things i wanted to discuss with him which is brilliant as it saves me worrying about the issues. Very lucky to be under this wonderful Surgery x
