I ordered a wardrobe two months ago. It was at a discounted price due to the door sticking occasionally, but the door did close okay, so I was okay with this.I then had the wardrobe delivered for assembly which took another two weeks, but after they had assembled it, they said they can?t put the doors on as they were missing clips?They said they?d go back to see if the clips were there at the shop, and would let me know straight away..I heard nothing. I then called the shop two days later and they told me they couldn?t attach the doors without the clips due to health and safety?this should have been made clear BEFORE I purchased it.After that, I had to call four times to get updates and TWO months later STILL have two large wardrobe doors standing in my hallway waiting to be installed.I have ordered three other things brand new from this shop so consider myself a good customer, but it just feels like because I ordered something discounted, they don?t care.I am very disappointed and annoyed. I feel like this was wrongfully sold, and then once I brought it, they can?t be bothered sorting the issue out. Two months is simply unacceptable.I feel I have been very patient and have given the shop ample time to rectify this issue. I didn?t want to leave a bad review but it?s simply gone on too long.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Robert who fitted my stair carpets and landing carpets He did an amazing job he was very professional and courteous . I would definitely recommend Glasswells to anybody.

Spent a lot of money buying a wardrobe which was delivered 6 weeks later than originally promised. Despite me not wanting to ever use them again we went on to buy a matching chest of drawers. Again there were zero updates and me constantly chasing for a delivery date. It finally turned up 5 weeks later than we were originally told. Fast forward 6 months and all of the drawers are collapsing. The store sent someone out early November and confirmed it was faulty and we?d get a new unit mid Jan. It?s now mid feb and I?m sick of the ever changing stories when we do chase. I?ll be going into the store to ask for my money back & going to Ikea instead. I like to shop locally but at this point it?s a total joke. I will never use glasswells ever again!

Even though I visited on a busy weekend the staff had plenty of time for me and nothing was too much trouble. They gave advice but also allowed me time to make up my mind. Furniture is of really good quality.

Paid £1800 for a 3 piece sofa set & its lasted less than 4yrs.Would have thought the quality would have been much better from Glasswells. Will not purchase from here again.

Ordered a large amount of monies worth. Delays in delivery and changes in story as to why. Still not got it although paid in full. Do not communicate to customers, its us that has to chase you. We wanted to order more but won't. Thought by buying for more money you would get a better service...no. A very unhappy customer.
