Arrived at 2215, garage closed despite signs advising open until 2230. I know it's late but would suggest they update both Google and their own signs.

Been going to North St for decades literally. Always found the staff to be hard working, polite, courteous and even willing to smile at my jokes. Oh yes the petrol price is always worth the extra mile.As regards Jenny's comments I guess we all have our blonde, or is that blond. moments. Might want to change the pin number to something easier to remember. Just a thought. Year of your child's birth etc. Also there isn't much room for privacy at the shop. There is one queue leading up to two tills. And that's with shelves both sides. The people at the door can hear what's said at the til. With Covid it must be difficult right now. A heads up though they, were closed b4 10pm on Wed 3 June so I topped up down the road at MFG. So opening hours subject to change.To all at North Street keep smiling and thanks for the service. Mike

Appalling customer service. I have never been spoken to so rudely before and shall be recommending that all my work colleagues and friends avoid in future. It?s worth going elsewhere and paying 1p more to be talked to nicely rather than something that has just been trodden in. I had a blonde moment and couldn?t remember my pin for my card. I apologized and explained I would have to go and get my other card from the car. Apologizing again she angrily told me she would have to cancel the transaction in front of lots of customers. Yet again I apologized feeling embarrassed and humiliated I returned with my card and with no customers there I explained how rude she had talked to me and that she shouldn?t talk to customers like that she then continued to argue and justify how she spoke to me. That?s the last time I spend £60 on fuel there I will not be returning
