We recently moved to Haverhill and visited your shop for the first time on Wednesday. We met a young lady who was very lovely, welcoming, and caring. She was especially kind to me as I?m pregnant. It?s nice to see such heartwarming people around.

This older lady served me and I asked for a bag as I couldnâ??t carry everything I had bought in my hands, she tutted and said â?? I hate when people do thatâ?? to another member of staff just because Iâ??d asked for a bag at the end of the purchase. And then yesterday she was standing in the doorway and I slid in and she goes â?? you coming in are youâ?? so I said thank you because she moved a little and she called me rude, sorry what!! Being rude to potentialcustomers, defo in the wrong job!!

Came in on Saturday morning and asked the price of a couple of items in the refrigerator and the lady looked at me and rolled her eyes and raised her voice at me as if I was messing around she clearly has problems and is unfit of managing the store I would highly avoid this place I think the ladies name was Loraine
